Overview

Maha is an Associate at the firm where she works in the banking and finance legal advisory department.

She works closely with the Partners and Senior Partner to provide support in the form of opinion writing, legal research and drafting a variety of legal documents on issues such as Conventional Banking, Commercial Agreements, Islamic Finance, Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions and Data Protection.

She is also a member of the firm’s Public-Private Partnership team. Prior to joining LMA, Maha worked primarily in Customs Litigation and Tax, developing a good grasp of legal concepts in the area.

Maha is a First Class Honours Graduate from Queen Mary, University of London, in Politics and International Relations.

She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Law from City, University of London in which she was awarded an overall Distinction.
