Overview

Ameer Nausherwan Adil is a graduate of the University of Kent and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from BPP University, London. He is enrolled as an Advocate High Court and is a Member of Sindh Bar Council. Nausherwan has contributed towards UK based publications ‘Global Legal Insights’ on cartels in respect of competition, laws and practice in Pakistan.

Nausherwan effectively handles matters pertaining to both the corporate and litigation departments of the firm since July, 2014.

Nausherwan has developed substantial experience in corporate matters pertaining to banking and finance law, company and commercial laws, power projects, mergers and acquisition laws, labour laws, telecommunication law and property law and has been involved in a number of high profile transactions over the years.

Nausherwan also advises local and foreign clients in respect of setting up business presence in Pakistan along with advise on corporate governance structure and regulatory requirements.

He also regularly appears before the High Court and the subordinate courts in dispute resolution and litigation involving corporate, banking and finance, foreign exchange repatriation, succession, clinical negligence and constitutional matters for various local and international clients.
