Surrina has been with the firm since 2014 and has developed substantial experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice areas include corporate, commercial, banking and finance, capital market and derivatives, information technology and software contracts as well property related matters.

She has been actively involved in advising clients and providing legal opinions to private companies, banks (including micro finance banks) and development finance institutions, in matters related to company law, contract law, regulatory compliance, commercial law, banking law and property law. In her routine corporate and commercial work, she undertakes drafting assignments including drafting of agreements, regulatory forms and documents, legal opinions for private limited companies and banking companies and advising clients on transaction and security structures.

Surrina is a graduate of the University of London International Program and has completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from University of Law School (formerly College of Law) from the UK. She is enrolled as an Advocate in the Courts of Sindh and is a member of the Karachi Bar Association and Sindh Bar Council as well as the Solicitors Regulatory Authority, UK.
